Our success in coaching is a function of the coachee’s willingness to be coached. We see ourselves as guides who travel together with the coachee.
During this coaching journey, we adopt an approach that places the coachee’s needs at the forefront, builds a strong relationship with the coachee and challenges the coachee to question the validity of his/her mental models.
Underpinning our approach to coaching is a climate of safety. We work towards helping the coachee feel comfortable acknowledging his/her concerns and limitations, a crucial first step to personal transformation.
We involve those who have a stake in the successful development of the coachee by soliciting their feedback and suggestions, and encourage our coachees to seek feedback regularly from her stakeholders.
